International Tax Manager

Reporting directly to the Group Controller, you will be responsible for the global indirect and direct tax processes, including:

• Taking into account international, regional, and country specific tax developments, you will support medium and long-term tax strategy in conjunction with the evolution of the business;
• Enhance and maintain the master and local Transfer Pricing files and reporting;
• Interact with external tax advisors on local tax files while building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Analysis of the impact of global tax developments and trends on the governance and compliance responsibilities of the group;
• Implement a global tax control framework and ensure tax compliance for taxes like CIT, VAT, and environmental taxes;
• Accurate and timely declarations for direct and indirect taxes like CIT, VAT, and environmental taxes.

In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have:

• 4 - 8 years of tax experience at a major and international accounting firm, law firm, or other international organization;
• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics (or equivalent);
• Fluent in Dutch and English;
• Proven experience in an international e-commerce or retail environment preferred;
• Strong communication skills and a high sense of ownership;
• Willingness for some travel when neccessary.

The salary will be between €5000 and €6000 per month on a full-time basis and will be dependent on the amount of knowledge and experience that you bring to the company. There will be additional benefits that will be included with this role that can be discussed in further detail.
