Accountant - Commercial Real Estate

• You will keep all (financial) procedures and finance structures up to date to accommodate for an efficient process;
• You will be in charge of the reconciliation of ledger and related subledgers;
• You will assist in processing financial transactions, including AP, AR, and GL, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
• You will support the financial controller in the monthly closing activities as well as prepare consolidated figures to report;
• You will work daily in a team of other 2 people, coordinated by the Finance Manager;
• You will collaborate in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics and/or other related fields;
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar accounting position;
• Fluent in English required, German or Dutch is a plus;
• Advanced knowledge of Office package;
• Experience with ERP accounting software;
• Proven experience in a similar real estate or property management environment;

A salary is offered between€3200 and €3800,- gross per month, based on the knowledge and experience you bring with you. Furthermore, you will get 30 vacation days, holiday allowance, and a pension structure.
