Financial Manager - Hotel Group

• You will be in charge of all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and account management within the hotel group.
• You will be responsible for the monthly and annual budget and closures.
• You will be involved in the daily commercial and operational decisions of the organization.
• You will be the point of contact for the finance department in all third-party related matters.
• You will manage the treasury - including bank accounts, cash deposits and cash handling.
• You will coordinate between HQ projects and roll out on the field (ERP/SILK).

• 4 - 5 years of work experience within a similar finance role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Proven ability to secure confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Comfortable and experienced in managing a team of individuals
• Growth oriented mindset who is willing to take on additional leadership roles within the company
• Can be a sparring partner with project managers in a professional manner
• Fluent in English, Dutch preferred

The salary will be dependent on the amount of knowledge and experience that you bring to the company but will be between €4,500 and €5,000 per month (65,000 to 75,000 a year) on a full-time basis. There will be additional benefits that will be incuded with this role that can be discussed in further detail.
