This demands the strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills necessary to engage stakeholders and perform project change management, along with the ability to present complex issues and solutions to non-Finance staff.

A further central element of the role is that of high level people and performance management in a matrix organization from a remote location. This includes coaching, motivating and developing the team, including outsourced service centers in Poland and India, as you enhance people skills in order to meet changing business needs.
