Looking for a challenge? A beautiful opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner!

The Senior Finance Business Partner in the Local Operating Company (LOC) will report to the LOC Finance Director and support him in all aspects of his role in delivering the performance targets of the LOC. The Senior Finance Business Partner provides overall responsibility for the integrity of the P&L and Balance Sheet for the LOC and will be be responsible for the financial planning, forecasting and budget of the LOC.

Your responsibilities:

The Senior Finance Business Partner works close to the business to drive performance. Although you report to the Financial Director, the majority of your time you will be working with business colleagues e.g. General Manager, Sales Directors etc.

The main tasks:

• You give the input into pricing strategy and decision process
• You develop business cases and business plans when required
• You have the ability to translate a wide array of internal and external data into powerful insight and clear recommendations to let the business profitably grow
• You translate complex analysis into sharp, simple communications to support recommendations and drive decision making
• You are able to develop creative commercial business solutions with key business colleagues
• You provide clear insight into current business performance and outlook, with recommendations to manage identified risks and ultimately ensure delivery of business targets and objectives
• You support contract set up and negotiation as required.

Job Requirements

Your skills:

• Your analytical skills are excellent and you have a great knowledge of analytical techniques and tools.
• You are capable in evaluating and assessing external opportunities in partnership with business colleagues.

We ask:

• A professional accounting qualification (bachelor+/Master)
• Strong ability with standard Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) products
• Ability to use GSK core financial and business systems (JD Edwards, SAP)
• Experience working in commercial P&L environment
• Experience working in Pharma or FMCG
• Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
• Strong verbal and written English

Salary and Benefits

Up to 80 K, based on experience.
