Salary: € 100.000 – € 120.000 + bonus package

As Treasury Director at Ingenico ePayments you will work in a highly international, dynamic and fast growing environment. The Treasury Director reports directly into the CFO and is responsible for managing the treasury department (4 FTE, including the position of Treasury Director). As Treasury Director you will work with many internal stakeholders such as the Director Finance, VP Professional Services, the VP Merchant Accounting as well as finance teams at the Headquarters in Paris.


You will responsible for all Treasury activities for both Ingenico ePayments-owned funds and merchant funds. In this role, you will expected to have a clear vision on how to manage the company funds and limit risks to a minimum. Furthermore, you are expected to manage cash, FX currency risk and corporate financing activities. Within Ingenico ePayments you will be challenged to develop yourself in a complex environment and take ownership of your career. The ideal candidate has a Master’s or MBA degree in Finance, complemented with 8-10 years of working experience in Banking/Financial Services and the right drive and experience to take on this challenging position within Ingenico ePayments.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Treasury activities, including cash management, currency management, working capital management and corporate financing activities;

  • Sparring partner for the CFO, as well as the Director Finance, VP Professional Services and the VP Merchant Accounting to proactively ensure that Treasury is actively embedded within the


  • Responsible for day-to-day management of 3 direct reports within the Treasury department;

  • Ensuring adequate cash flow and provide accurate cash flow forecasts;

  • Designing and ensuring all internal controls around cash currency and working capital;

  • Manage the implementation of new IT/Treasury systems

  • Responsible for day-to-day data analysis and advisory projects;

  • Optimize working capital requirements;

  • Regularly communicate with Group Treasury at the HQ in Paris to implement procedures and guidelines;

  • (Co)initiate new corporate/treasury strategies and projects;

  • Create an internal control framework and undertaking risk management activities;

  • Ability to change processes and lead change management projects.

Wij bieden

Education and skills

  • Master’s or MBA degree in Finance or Certified Treasurer Professional degree;

  • 8-10 years of working experience in Banking/Financial Services, Cash Management or Treasury;

  • Professional experience with complex FX matters;

  • Experience with managing a department or directly reporting to a CFO;

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written;

  • Both strong analytical and strong intercultural, communication skills.


Salary: € 100.000 – € 120.000 + bonus package
