As Manager Internal Audit IT you are responsible to participate in full scope business process reviews, post implementation reviews and IT project reviews. One of the key strategic IT projects where Corporate Internal Audit currently is involved in is the worldwide implementation of one IT (SAP) backbone.
During the course of an engagement you are an audit team lead, which acts under the supervision of the senior manager Internal Audit. Overall you will work in an audit team. The audit services provided by the Corporate Internal Audit department encompass the assessment of business, compliance and financial risks at process level including the evaluation of the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
Do you have a good understanding of IT audit standards such as COBIT and ITIL? Are you internationally mobile and prepared to travel (20-25% of your time) to ‘get the job done’? In addition to the above-mentioned skills and experience, it is essential that you also have the following:
– Master degree and finalized IT-audit education (RE) or equivalent internationally acknowledged qualification;
– 5-8 years’ information systems audit experience within an (mid-size) audit firm, or an internal audit department of a multinational company;
– Experienced in managing IT audits en IT audit teams;
– Experienced in SAP and knowledge of the SAP processes.
